Deposit Policy

After much consideration we have to update our cancellation and deposit policy. December will be especially busy and appointments will be in high demand. A €25 deposit for cuts, and a €80 deposit for colour will be taken at the time of booking, or you will be contacted prior to your appointment if it wasn’t taken at the time.

If you cancel or alter your appointment up to 3 days before, then the deposit will be refunded to you, or applied to the new appointment.

If it is up to 1 day before the appointment then 50% of the deposit will be refunded, or applied to a new appointment.

If it is the same day, or a no show then the deposit won’t be refunded.

Reminder emails are sent out 3 days before the appointment. A reminder text is also sent the day before the appointment.

> 3 days 100% refund or applied to new appointment.
> 1 day 50% refund or applied to new appointment.
< 1 day no refund of the deposit.

Allergy Alert Tests

New colour clients, and clients who have not had colour with us for over 6 months need to have an allergy alert test to rule out any sensitivity to the colour we use.
